Analyze the Three Popular Training Systems that include: Cross Fit; bigger, Faster, Stronger (BFS); and High-Intensity Training (HIT)
The three training systems which include bigger, faster, stronger (BFS); high-intensity training and cross fit training are usually intended to enable people to achieve their training goals in the process of ensuring their body is healthy and fit. The bigger, faster, and stronger training system is considered to be a popular method of training that is particularly designed for the athletes who intend to break their personal records all year round (Sadeh, Wescoe, Brubaker, & Hong, 2017). The terminologies that are mainly used to describe this training method are referred to as the six absolutes which usually take forty-five minutes two times a week to teach the spotting methods and the lifting techniques. Cross fit tends to be a training system that focuses on conditioning and enhancing the body strength using the extremely challenging workouts. The everyday workouts are focused on testing a different part of one’s conditioning and strength. The high-intensity training is considered a form of strength training that is focused mainly on conducting quality weight training repetitions until the body gets to the point of experiencing momentary muscle failure.
How do They Compare to the Seven Laws of Training?
The seven laws of training include the overcompensation principle, principle of individual difference, Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands principle, overload principle, and the specificity principle. The three training systems usually compare to the seven laws of training in that they both focus on enhancing the general body performance through following or sticking to a particular routine that favours the body.
Which of These Systems of Training Would be Most Appropriate for you? Why?
The most appropriate training system for me would be the bigger faster, stronger training system since it first follows specific steps that ensure that one has; learnt the optimal techniques first before lifting the heavyweights. The training system is also mainly focused on attaining better personal results.
